Information you provide

When you create an account, list or manage a property, submit an application, request a viewing or use a tenancy workspace, the platform may process the information you enter for that purpose. This can include contact details, property details, application information, viewing information and tenancy records.

Property and map locations

Property owners can save map coordinates for a listing. A listing may be configured to show an exact or approximate public location. Where an approximate location is used, the exact location is intended for authorised rental-workflow uses such as a confirmed viewing or active tenancy.

The marketplace’s “Use my location” search feature uses the location permission provided by your browser or device to rank mapped properties nearby. The current search pin is kept for the active search session and is not added to the property database or saved into search alerts by that feature.

Commercial and payment records

Where you request a Theo fee, subscription, promotion or managed service, the platform may store the product selected, amount, invoice or receipt reference, payment method category and reconciliation status. RC1.0.8 does not collect or store card numbers or mobile-money PINs because no live payment gateway is connected.

Service providers and maps

The platform uses hosted infrastructure and authentication services to operate accounts and data. Map and directions actions may open Google Maps. Those services may process information under their own privacy terms when you use them.

Security and access

Access to account and operational data is restricted through authenticated roles and database access controls. Users should keep their passwords confidential and sign out from shared devices.
